A Book about Not Being Sad and Injured in College Running
Running in college track or cross country is a big opportunity. One that can be spoiled by taking things too seriously or not taking care of your health. I learned A LOT from my time at CU and I want to share everything I know about having an enjoyable and successful collegiate running career. So I wrote a book! A short book, but still a book. Here, I provide my top ten tips for staying healthy and happy as a collegiate runner, and include some tips from other runners as well.
- My top 10 tips for staying healthy and happy while running in college
- Quotes from post-collegiate runners including Olympian and former CU Buff Shalaya Kipp, Former CU Buff and 2:25 marathoner Laura Thweatt, All-American Rachele Schulist and more!
- Resources for high schoolers to choose the right program for them
- 20 pages of advice, which is more advice than I’ve ever given anyone about anything!
