I’ll write a personalized training schedule for your goals by considering past training, injury history, personal preferences and scheduling with the rest of your life.

Why should you get a coach?
Having a coach is the best thing you can do for your running. It’s like having a babysitter and godmother and big sister and cheerleader all in one. I will keep you from doing too little or doing too much (I know how you guys are), and create a strategic training plan that will help you reach your goals. Oh and I’ll support you 100% of the way.
I’ve been a runner for about half of my life, which equates to like 12 years. I ran competitively in high school where I was a multiple time State Champion and was then fortunate enough to run at the D1 level at CU Boulder. I’ve dealt with many injuries, forcing me to educate myself about recovery, strength training, periodization and figure out what type of training works best for different types of athletes. I’m also a NASM certified personal trainer.
$60/month for just running, $75/month for running+ strength training. I have a 2 month minimum.
